5 Scents to an unforgettable Christmas

I enjoyed so much doing these collections since my 2 daughters Alia, (11 years old) and Sara  (8 years old) were involved in the process. Together we chose the scents and I let them drew the packaging  of the two collections they loved.

Sara picked Blueberry and named it "Blueberry Candy". She drew her self-portrait for its packaging...

.It is a cute Christmas gift set of room difusser, scented candle with an Angel Christmas ornament "For Her" or those who are young at heart.

Alia chose Lemongrass and drew... a robot!! for her packaging, as this was meant "For Him" or those who are sportive and energetic. Coming in the same set as Sara's, she name her collection "Juicy Lemongrass"

The other three...Noel , Cool Mint, and Eclipse comes more serious and elegant.

Noel is a combination of Cedarwood, Clove, and Sandalwood...a typical smell you remember of Christmas.

Cool Mint gives a fresh aroma...coming from a combination of Lavender, Rosemary, and peppermint.

 While Eclipse gives a soft and elegant scent to the room....a mixture of Ylangylang, Rose, and Sandalwood

ALUN ALUN INDONESIA DAN APEC

Bali sedang disibukkan dengan persiapan APEC, begitu juga Alun Alun Indonesia Bali Collection di Nusa Dua. Kami dari Tan Living pun ikut bebenah... layout baru...penataan display baru. Biarpun tempatnya seupil, kami manfaatkan semaksimal mungkin. COLORS...COLORS...biar attract attention...

 Lepas dari bebenah, kami juga diminta untuk menyediakan gift box buat peserta APEC. Permintaan khusus, ponjen whitewashed dengan hiasan bunga dari daun lontar, typical Bali. So on a beautiful monday...meja makan berubah menjadi meja prakarya, full of ponjen dan bunga lontar....

Dua Lawang ready to launch

Yesterday Annette Ratman (my partner at Dua Lawang ) and me went to see Asri from Wahana Wrapping Alun alun Indonesia, showing our Gift Wrapping Products  

Each item came in 4 design : Kawung - which a traditional batik motif that reflect a circle of life combine with sakura flower: Karua - which is a Toraja motif; Hathi - means Elephant in India language for kids line; and Sumitra - means good friend in Sanskit where the ideas came from Balinese traditional motif.

Dua Lawang will be available at Alun Alun Indonesia Jakarta starting August 2013.

Holiday in Style

Gosh....when I picked up these beach bags and pouches for the Holiday Series i wanted to keep them all and not sending it to the shop. Imagine going to beach , every day different bag with a matching bikini, wouldn't it be sooo stylish!!!

Lesehan ala Tan Living dan Tabu

Tan Living bekerjasama dengan TABU mengangkat konsep lesehan Malioboro ( Yogyakarta ) pada acara "Fabulous Java Fair" yang diadakan oleh Senayan City, Jakarta 29 Mei - 2 Juni 2013.

 Corner ini menjadi favorit...penggabungan Thai Matras dengan Baki bulat berkaki dalam gaya industrial.
Yuup...it's a perfect area for relaxing, don't you think?

Pink for Spring

Eventhough I'm not a big fans of pink colour, on the contrary I'm very happy with our spring collections. It came out with a different tones of pink and different type of motifs; from batik to tie dye.

These collections will be displayed at Atrium Senayan City- Jakarta  for Fabulous Java Week  from  May 27 -June 2, 2013

Last weekend I was busy doing the finishing of my new tab purse collections.
